Cafe Lawis

Cafe Lawis is easily becoming the favorite hangout of the Metro Tagbilaran culturati.  Located in the Dauis church’s old stone Convento, the Cafe sits in between the church gallery/exhibition space and the Handumanan soveinir shop and extends to a wooden deck/verandah canopied by century-old acacia trees, with a stunning, stunning view of the Tagbilaran straight. And yes, the food is delectable as well.

  6. @mark: As far as I know, there’s none yet. But should’ve, after all, one of the forerunners of Cafe Lawis, Bea Zobel is very close to Globe Telecom.

@mags: Cafe Lawis is managed and operated by the Dauis Renaissance Company, Inc.
Dauis Pilgrim-Heritage Center with contact numbers:(+63) (038) 502-3016. 502-3017. Cafe Lawis is located in the kumbento right beside the church, very much walking distance. =)

  9. My friends took me there when I was on vacation and I have fallen in love with the place. I love their ‘tsokolate-eh’ (not sure what it’s really named though). It’s very relaxing and romantic. I’m definitely going back there the next time i visit Bohol.
