Bohol people should rethink how they’re pimping Bohol, her richness, fullness, pureness, for a few pennies.

You are right. We should preserve the river. Those floating restaurant should be allowed during daytime. And all artificial lighting on the house boat should be removed. Nature should be preserved.There’s not much view along the river anyway. An artifical lighting would destroy the beauty of the place. Keep Loboc as prestine as possible.
I have dived into the river once during the 1970s, as a vacationing Carolinian in Loboc. I have relatives there who used to be members of the choir.
